CALDA JOIST
Calda Joist is our most effective system that is suitable for a joisted floor build up.
It consists of a 75mm layer of insulation installed on top of battens, clipped to the joists. 16MM underfloor heating pipe is then laid on top of the insulation. A 20MM layer of sand is then spread on top of the pipe work.
The benefit of this system is that you can achieve a heat output, similar to that of a screeded build up on your renovation or new build project.
